"If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone?" - Luke 11:11
Please continue to pray for Rachel's Home, as our Father in Heaven has been providing for our needs through your generosity for several years. Rachel's Home has continued for so long only by God's grace demonstrated by your giving, and support. We thank our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for all that He has done through your hearts and hands.

Remember it's the season for giving, and all donations to Rachel's Home are tax deductible and receipts will be sent by the end of January 2011.

MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS RACHELS HOME AND ALL OF YOU!!!

Rachel's Home Hopes To Be A Better Steward
Our Lord calls us to be good stewards. It's 2010 and so many people in today's society now have computers, internet access and email. Rachel's Home is no exception, our Lord has provided the grace of an email address to us. Rachel's Home is hoping to begin sending newsletters via email to as many people, and organizations who would be willing to receive them by email.

We will still be sending newsletters by traditional mail to anyone who does not have an email address, or would like to receive traditional mail, but we are hoping to use this resource God has given to us wisely, and sending our newsletter by email will help us to be better stewards of this resource Jesus has blessed us with.

If you have an email address and would like to receive our newsletter by email, in place of, or in addition to traditional mail, you can send us an email informing us if you would like us to send you a newsletter by email, instead of, or in addition to a mailed newsletter. Please include your name.

Rachel's Home would like to wish everyone, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
I Praise the Lord that we live in a country where we are allowed to celebrate the gift of life, especially the life of our Savior Jesus Christ. I think of how often at Christmas so many of us spend time pondering the question, "What will I get for Christmas?", or we try so hard to think of the perfect gift to maximize our own gratification when it is given.

We are so unlike our Savior Jesus Christ, who gave up infinite riches in glory to humbly be born in a feed trough, to be rejected, and to ultimately die for us and rise again. All so 'we' could be saved.

Lord willing we all will remember Jesus Christ is the reason for the season ! ! !

Thank You For Helping Us Recover From Our Flood
Rachel's Home suffered a minor flood in 2010, and We would like to thank our Executive Director Jerry Nettrouer II, and the Harpole family, Doyle, Jackie, Zechariah, Jeremiah, and Shyanne, for all the help they offered us in overcoming this problem.
